DNS/Active Directory lost.....

Only server. Changed Log On As from LocalSystem to
Administrator. Since then lost DNS and AD. Can not start
RPC Service. When trying to access AD Users), system
tries to start installation process. OP WIN2K with SP2.
Have tried to install SP4 but system crashes. Need to
modify registry entry for LogonAs for RPC Service. Which
key? Don't really want to rebuild server. Any help
greatly apprcicated.
