Is there such a tool? I have had two bios screens booting for awhile now ever since I brought the computer in to a local shop, I thought I might have gotten hit with a virus that slipped by Norton because it kept disabling on me for no reason. They said the computer was fine, but since than I have had the two screens and nothing Dell suggests has taken care of the problem. A benchmarking tool suggested fixing the incorrect Bios information with this tool. Anyone have any information on it? I have RDRam and he did alittle shopping while inside my machine, Live and Learn. Needless to say I am not willing to let the machine out of my sight again, and I've been trying to fix the issue on my own for awhile now.The upside I've learned alot about computers.

Thanks
