dll registry problem

When attempting to use Pro tool too down load a program to a seimens touch
screen, I get the following message:

DDE Server Window: ProTool.exe - Entry Point Not Found
---------------------------
The procedure entry point COMResModuleInstance could not be located in the
dynamic link library COMRes.dll.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------


When trying to register this file, I receive the following message:

RegSvr32
COMRes.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found.
This file can not be registered
 
Was this problem solved? AS it appears to be similar to mine.
Any help would be appreciated
