dll. files dont unload right away

How do I Set Windows XP to unload .dll files immediatly
after a program is shut down
 
Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer

Create a new sub-key named AlwaysUnloadDLL

Right click the Default value in the subkey you just created and set it to
1.
