.dll errors

I use Windows XP and I've been getting the following errors for the past
several days when I start my computer:

"Application failed to start. tfswcres.dll was not found."
"Application failed to start. NISRES.DLL was not found."
"Application failed to stat. sus.dll was not found."
"Unable to locate component UrlLstCK.exe. "

My Internet browser has gotten really slow lately. But I'm able to use the
web just fine in Safe Mode. Do I need to purchase one of these registry
cleaners to fix this? If so, what product would you recommend? Or do I need
to reinstall Windows? Or is my hard drive so corrupted that I need to get a
new one? My computer is about 2 1/2 years old. Thanks.

Go to: Start>Run>type MSCONFIG and click OK.
Now press the Startup tab and you should see all of the culprits listed.
Uncheck/disable all four of them>click Apply and Close. Reboot. The
problem should be gone for now. Run your malware/spyware program
immediately and also run your anti-virus program to clean the harddrive.
Here's a good one to run if you do not have one.
