DLink Wireless Card problems

I have a DLink 520+ wireless LAN card. When I restart to
computer with the card installed, Explorer behaves oddly
(the various frames overlap, the icons show in the wrong
place). Also, when I open Network and Dialup Connections
there are NO items in it, including the Create Connection
icon.

Despite this, the network connection works, and I can
access the Internet.

Does anyone know why this might be happening? I'm
assured that the Dlink 520+ card is regarded as "standard".

The card may be "standard" but one's environment never is.
1. You may have a virus or adware
2. You may have installed non-standard poorly tested components such as
firewalls, protocol drivers etc.

So there is not enough data to blame the netcard.

you have the wrong driver loaded, first download the correct driver for your hardware and software ver a, b , c
then uninstall the card and reinstall with corr driver
