Divx Playback Problems

I have inserted a Divx video file into a PowerPoint 2002 presentation and am
having problems. I see the picture clearly during playback, but it is too
fast and there is no sound. I have tried this on multiple machines, all
with the DivX codec installed, even on a maching using PowerPoint 2003? The
same problems existed on all the other machines.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know of a way to change the sorting of the thumbnails, but if you click
on Browse and the bottom of the pane, it should take you to a listing that is
alphabetical.

I would go for a video file that's more compatible with PPT. I don't think
that the DivX codec is one that PPT likes very well.
