Divisions within an account?

I have BCM set up with each company being an account. What I would like to be
able to do is add another company inside this account, for instance adding a
child company under it's parent, but have it show up as it's own company when
viewing contacts by company. Is this at all possible, or am I completely off
base?

BCM is designed to be an entry level CRM tool as an Outlook add-in for Small
Business Office users. The type of hierarchy linking that you are describing
would require a more fully featured, robust CRM solution. In its current
design, it is not possible to do what you would like with BCM.
