Division as a %

What am I doing wrong.
example:

100 divided by 3 = a third which = 33.3%.
Using =b2/c2 and cell formulated for % gives me 3333%

I am not understanding this.

100/3 = 33.33 = 3333%.

I got it eventually:
(B2/C2)/100

This now gives me the answer as 33%
