Divide in Excel 2000

How do I replace the contents of a col of cells & div each by 60 ?
Thank You.
 
Try this:

Enter 60 in an empty cell
Copy that cell: Edit>Copy
Select the range of cells that you want divided
Then, Eidt>Paste special>Divide>OK
Delete the cell holding the 60
