Divide by the amount of filled in months

Hi

I need need a formula that adds the figures under the months and divides the
months by 12 if all 12 months filled in but as each month is filled in it is
divided by the amount of months that is ie May is 5

Hope that makes sence

Is this possible?

Hi
simply use AVERAGE. e.g.
=AVERAGE(A1:A12)
AVERAGE will ignore blank cells
