Distribution Lists

I am running MS Office 2003. I recently updated a distribution list. When
sending an email using said list it is not keeping the changes. In other
words, it still shows the deleted names in the list. Any suggestions?

When you create a new message and start typing in the name of the DL, its autocomplete entry will appear as a popup. You need to delete it.

Open it and click "Update now".
