I know you can hide the addresses by placing the list in the "bcc" field.
What if I want the "Distribution List Name" to appear in the To: field when
the recipient receives the message? How is that done?

By creating a Contact with that name and placing it in the To: field.

Russ, my question is the same. I want to bcc everyone but when EACH
recipient receives it, I want them to see their name in the TO field but not
see anyone else as a recipient.

Look up 'mail merge' in help.

There was another way to do this but I can't remember how. It wasn't through
mail merge though.
