Distribution Lists

I wish to create a distribution list with many contacts in it, however I do
not want each individual name to appear in the TO for each recipient. I
want just the distribution list name to appear in the TO: field. example
'MY Friends' is a distribution list, how can I get 'MY Friends' to appear
in the TO field without displaying the people that are in that list?

Hi Will,

it is not possible to "hide" the names of a distribution list if you use
this in the "To" field.

The best way to use a distribution list is to add this list in the "BCC"
field and add only your name in the "To" field. Then everybody will see your
name in the "To" field but not the complete list.

BCC = Blind Carbon Copy (nobody will see the address that you added in this
field)
