Distribution List

I have a distribution list and I need to copy the names
from it into a word or text or excel file. Is this
possible?
 
Yes. Open the distribution list, then choose FILE, SAVE
AS, RICH TEXT FORMAT. This can then be opened in Word
with tabs intact.
