Distribution List

I have an excel spreadsheet with columns named First Name, Last Name and
Email Address. How do I import this list into Outlook as a distribution list?
 
Can I import that list into Contacts with such little information?

Of course. Just make sure you name your range in Excel first and map your
fields.
