i just created a distribution list with about 100 addresses. Nearly 40 of
them came back with the error message "list is too large". Is there a size
limit? How do I fix this so I can send info to my members?

Ask your ISP how many people you're allowed to address on a single message
and if there's a way to get permissions to send to more people at a single
time.

Outlook doesn't put any limits on this, just your ISP.
