Distribution list to some one else and they can use them?

Distribution list to some one else and they can use them?
I send them to my boss but, they being sent a rich text
files. AS rich text file he can, not use them to send
message. I need to beable to use them
 
Insert them as an Outlook Item in a message in RTF format. Then he can just
double click it to open and it will be save to his default Contacts Folder.
