Distribution List Problem

I can create distribution lists and send to them without
any problem. I have a co-worker who follows the EXACT
same process as I did but to no avail. She creates the
group, adds the people and saves it. But when she tries
to send an email to it, the group isn't recognized. I
can see no difference between our processes so what;s
going on here? Any ideas?

There is no way to tell from what little you posted.
List the steps you used to create this "group."
List the steps she used.
Include Outlook versions.
