Distribution List in MS Outlook 2003

I would like to know how I can bring up my distribution groups to allow me to
send mail, ie when I goes into select the group name from the list it doesn't
have the option to look in his personal address book. Can anyone help

What is a "group name?" Where are you trying to select this "group name?"
Outlook has not used a Personal Address Book for years. Clarify your
question a.s.a.p.
