Distribution list for Outlook Express

HELP!!
I am totally clueless on how to set up a DL in OE. Can someone please guide
me?

Open the address book and select File > New Group. At this point you can
select the "Select Members" button to add existing items from your address
book or type in a name/address below and select Add to add folks on the fly.
