The scenario:

An Outlook profile is open on multiple workstations all logged in with
the credentials of the user that "owns" the profile.

The problem:

A user on one workstation attempts to send an email to a distribution
list and random members of the distribution list do not receive the
message.

Thanks for help.

We figured it out. The sender had the recipient as a stored contact.
The recipient's email server had changed and the address of the
contact didn't match the new server.

Since mail profiles are local to a PC, this isn't possible. Perhaps you
mean that the mailbox is open on multiple machines.

Is the DL in the GAL or in the COntacts folder of the mailbox? Do the
people who do receive the message see all DL members? What version of
Outlook and Exchange?
