Distribution groups

I need to make distribution groups for sending out emails to groups that get
emails frequently (i.e., committees). Outlook lets you do this, however the
Business Manager doesn't make it easy. I've noticed that you can create
distribution groups using Contacts, but not "Business Contacts". However,
once you add a Business Contact to a distribution list in Contacts, that
person is no longer visible as an individual in "Business Contacts"

Anyone figure out a way to get around this? I need to be able to send
individual emails too.

Categorize the Accounts or Business Contacts then make up a view that
creates the list your require. There is a default by category view. Select
the contacts and initiate a mail merge to emai.
