Distributing Signatures or Templates

Our company is wanting a standard signature for all to use. I am wondering if
it is possible to create one signature, and then distribute it across to all
account users without having to recreate the signaure each time.

Or is it possible to create a template and have it replace the standard
email template that appears when they click New - Mail?

I think you'd be better off adding such a trailer on the server side of
things rather than modifying everyone's clients.

what files on the server side would I need to change? I was thinking it was

I don't know. If you're using Exchange, ask in the Exchange newsgroups.
