Disply Properties window doesn't show tabs

I am running Windows XP Home and when I open the Display
Properties window I only see the Themes tab and do not
see the tabs for Screensaver, Settings etc.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Then you are probably running generic graphic drivers.. go to the graphic
card manufacturer's website and get the latest drivers and install them.
