Displaying Universal Time in a Form Field

I'd like to display the Universal Time in a Form Field.
Can modify the field format at the database level if
necessary.

Any suggestions?

Use format yyyymmdd. Not sure if you want to include time, but that should
be easy enough to fugure out.
