Displaying Top 10 Items - Access 2007 Graph

The table consists of failed logins per user with the date & time stamp.
There is thus more (up to 50) than 1 data entry per user.

Creating a Graph in a report automatically totals the amount of failed
log-ins per user but how do I show the Top 10 items in a Graph in Access 2007
if there more than 10 items? Alternatively, how do I display all the items
above a certain value?

Thanks a million!

By Top 10, I presume you mean the most recent 10. To get the most recent 10,
create a query based on your table and set sorting to descending for the
date & time stamp field. Then right click in the query window where your
table is. A properies dialog will appear. Find the Top property and set it
to 10.

By ... above a certain value, I presune you mean after a certain date & time
stamp. To get your data above a certain value, create a query based on your
table and set the criteria for the date & time stamp field to:
greater than value you want to be above. (Greater than is ">")
