Displaying more line item in a form

Hello,
I currently have a textbox in the detail section of a form. The info is
comming from a table. The form displays all the rows if I scroll down.
However, I can only see 3 rows at a time. When I scroll down I see the rest.

Is there a way to see more rows?
 
When extend the area's in the footer and header, there ends up being unused
gray space. Since all of my detail is in the detail section, when I extend
that area, it still only shows a minimum number of rows.
