Displaying full headers

Hello,
Can anyone tell me how to display the full header of an
email using outlook. I can't work it out at all. I need
to get the full header of an email already in my inbox.
Please help if you can.
 
Right-click on the message in your inbox and select "Options" from the menu
that will appear. The full headers will be in the box at the bottom of that
dialog.
 
When the individual item is open, click 'view" then "options". All
will be there.
