Displaying contacts

In Outlook Express I was able to have my contacts (email addresses)
displayed as a pane in the Window. This option doesn't appear to exist in
WM. Does it?

p.s. It used to be under View - Layout
 
No option to do that....
You can leave the Contacts folder open all the time, since it's now just a
folder.
And there is a sidebar gadget for contacts...
