Displaying 24-hour (European) time

In Outlook 2000 SR-1, does anyone know of a way to set the calendar to display 24-hour time rather than conventional 12 hr a.m. p.m. display? Thanks.

If you change the time format in Control Panel | Regional and Language
Options, Outlook should use your preferred format too.
