How can it be too small or slightly too large at the same time? Have you
installed the latest drivers for the video card? Get them from the card
manufacturer's web site if it's a retail card, from the computer OEM's web
site if it's a large OEM like Dell or HP or from the motherboard
manufacturer's web site if it's on board video.
Have you gone into display properties and adjusted the resolution?
