display variance in days between two dates without including week.

i am having trouble figuring out the following -

i want to display the variance in days between two dates without including
weekends. The formula =DateDiff("d",[StartDate],[EndDate]) counts every day,
ex: 04/01/05 - 04/21/05 = 20, which is perfect, but i need to leave out the
weekends, which would = 14. Please help.
