display units

I need to have windows XP display units of measurement in english vs metric
values. (in the My Picture Print function the picture sizes are shown in
centimeters rather than inches) I want them displayed in inches.

Please tell me where and how I can change these values.

Regional tab-Customize-Measurement System
Choose U.S. instead of Metric
