My display screen has a Black Frame around it and I can't get my screen to be
full size. How do I get rid of this frame and make the screen full size? i
tried everthing in my control panel.

Settings btns on yr monitor, maybe under the front.?

Check your monitor manual.

If you are using an analog CRT or LCD monitor, your monitor will have a
control selection to adjust the height and width.

If your are using a digital LCD monitor or the controls on a analog LCD
monitor do not correct your problem, your monitor may be failing.

In the above, analog and digital refer to the signal input to the monitor
such as HD 15 {analog RGB} or DVI-D {digital RGB}. If you are using a
monitor with a digital input, the monitor does not have manual height and
width adjustments.
