display quarter and fiscal year

I would like to be able to identify the quarter and fiscal
year of any given date of the year.

Also our fiscal years start in July.

So for example, any date from
Jul 1,2004 to Sep 30,2004 = FY05 Q1,
Oct 1,2004 to Dec 31,2004 = FY05 Q2,
Jan 1,2005 to Mar 31,2005 = FY05 Q3, and so on....
