Display Properties tabs missing

I have recently started to notice that I don't have all the tabs in Display
properties, the only one present is Themes.
Whats also strange is that if I change between Windows Classic and Windows
XP theme then once and only once all the tabs reappear.
For example.
I go into Display properties, change the theme to Windows Classic, click
apply and all the tabs are visible. I then click on OK to clear that window
and return back to desktop. Now if I go back in Display proerties again then
they are not there!
I have tried deleting the standard Themes etc but nothing seems to work.
I really don't want to rebuild the PC!

Can anyone help me please?
Thanks in advance

I have tried that website and made use of few tweaks but that hasn't done the
job!
Is there anything else I can do?
Anyone help?

This is an odd one. My my... Hmm... Have you scanned for malware yet?

I'm not sure if that's the answer but that's where I guess I'd look or I'd
consider a repair installation unless the problem showed up recently enough
to consider trying to restore to an earlier time.

Restore, well you can figure that one out. And a repair installation is
pretty easy too.
