DISPLAY PERSON'S NAME WITH HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF SALES

I have a list of percentages from a competition. I need a formula to post
that person's name who has the highest percentage from that list. I need to
put that name in a certain cell.

An example of lay-out would be: person's name in a1, data for that person in
a2 more data in a3, calculation to a percentage in b3. another person's name
in c1, data for that person in c2, more data for that person in c3,
calculation to a percentage in d3. And so on and so on. In plain language, I
want to have a formula that will take all of those percentages and determine
the highest one and put the person's name associated with that highest
persentage in cell a4. I hope this makes sense. I wrote this out earlier and
