Display of e-mail addresses

I would like to make a hard copy of my Outlook Address
Book, but all of the e-mail addresses for my Contacts are
printed out with the display name underlined.

How do I get it to print out the real e-mail addresses.

Add the Email field to the view you want to print or use a mail merge that
includes that field.

Thank you for your reply. The Merge seem to work, but I'm
not sure about adding the field. Detailed Address Card
View contains the e-mail field, but only prints the
underlined display name. Do you specifically have to add
the field?

You need to add it expressly to a Table view of your Contacts.
Address Card uses the Email Display As field not the Email field.
Use Field Chooser to do this.
