Display name that Email recipients see: No longer works

I use Outlook 2003 in XP Home SP2 to read my email

Some strange things have been happening recently
The latest is my display name that email recipients see

Recently, my name no longer displays.
Yet it had been able to display in the past 3 years

I have also read and implemented

My name disappeared and no longer displayed to email recipients
ie I don't recall doing anything for it to have disappeared.

From Outlook Today I go > Tools > Email Accounts > Email > View or Change
existing email Accounts > Next > I highlight MSN > Change
Within User Information is my real name, the name I want to display to
recipients of email. That's fine. Just what I expect to see.

However when I do send an email from my OL 2003, through my MSN Hotmail
account.. there is no name displayed in the FROM field to recipients of
my/that email.

I hope that a bit clearer

That is a hotmail account. Access to hotmail accounts from Outlook is being
eliminated, so their behavior is erratic.

That is a hotmail account. Access to hotmail accounts from Outlook is
