Display name on start menu

Every time i log onto windows xp (pro) the display name at the top of the
start menu is different. It either shows my full name or just my first name.
This is not critical but is annoying. I only have one local profile and one
administrator profile.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where i can change what is
displayed

1. Click Start - Control Panel - Users
2. Click the User Name
3. Click Change My Name

Thank you for your reply, but this does not help me at all as i can not find
the "Change my name" part you are talking about.
I have XP Pro as a work station on a domain and i can not change anything
other then account type.
