Display Name - Annoyance

Since upgrading to Outlook 2003 I now see many of my Contacts showing the
name and email address when replying or forwarding messages and don't care
for the added wasted space as well as compromising of email addresses when
replying or forwarding messages. If you're not part of my distribution and
someone forwards on the message I don't like advertising the email addresses
for the world to know. Is there any easy way to resolve a hundred + names to
display just the names as in the previous Outlook installation? I would
prefer not having to open each contact and editing the email Display As field
to the old values. Thanks for your help.

These changes in the Display As field were actually implemented in response
to user requests. You are mistaken if you think you aren't revealing email
addresses just because they are not in the Display As field.
There is no way to change them globally unless someone has written code to
do it.
