display issues

I came home tonight to a big problem. The only way I can read my monitor, is
instead of left to right.... I have to read from bottom to top. It is
displaying vertically instead of horizontally! My neck is sore and I can not
fix it? I tried sysytem restore.... it is claiming restoration incomplete,
can not be done.

Please help! and thank you.

Hi

Try this:

Right click the Desktop, select Properties>Settings>Advanced. See if there
is a setting in there to rotate the screen back to normal. If you have
Nvidia software installed try clicking on the tab for your graphics card and
have a look for NVRotate on the left hand side.

If you do have an Nvidia card there may be an icon in the Notification Area.
If so, right click on it, select Rotation Settings and then set it to 0
degrees

Denny,

Thank you so much! It worked wonderfully and I can actually read and work
on the PC without a neck ache!!! I'm not sure about the nivida (?) you
mentioned, but I was able to find it with the first step you recommended.
Again, Thank you. Trish
