Hi Ramesh....I went to C:\Windows\System32 and tried what you said....but
windows did not issue a fresh copy of DllCache folder....so I just put the
"themeui.dll" back in system 32.....I am afraid I might do something wrong,
b/c nothing happened. I am sorry to keep asking about this, but I don't want
to mess a file or folder up b/c I am not sure what I am doing....Like I said
before I am not a genius when it comes to these type matters.

It seems when I go where you said ... my files or folders don't seem to be
so easy to find and then I think I will mess up the computer worse....Is
there any instructions I can follow that are like 1,2, 3 steps???

Don't worry. I won't suggest any such steps. As long as you backup the file themeui.dll to another location, then no problem.

Ok. If you have the Windows XP CD, you can expand a fresh copy of themeui.dll from the source. Detailed steps are listed here.

Sorry PAMMY. My instructions won't work if you have an OEM restore CD. It applies if you have a retail Windows XP CD. OEMs dump the i386 folder (present in the XP CD) in the hard drive, in one of these locations:

C:\i386
C:\Windows\i386

See if you can find a copy of themeui.dl_ or a copy of themeui.dll in there.
