Display from that includes SMTP name in sent items

Does anyone have a tip or trick on how to dispaly the SMTP name in the Sent
Items folder? This is to defeat SPAMMERS who are displaying their names as
Costco Customer Service, but the SMTP name is (e-mail address removed).

Does anyone have a tip or trick on how to dispaly the SMTP name in
the Sent Items folder? This is to defeat SPAMMERS who are displaying
their names as Costco Customer Service, but the SMTP name is
(e-mail address removed).

The sender display is controlled by the sender and can't be changed by the
recipient. I can find no field in the Field Chooser that causes Outlook to
display the sender's address.
