My display fonts are stuck on X-tra large, when i try to
change them i get kicked out of windows and a blue screnn
comes up briefly (not long enough to read message) and
then windows restarts. I cannot see all of the page on my
screen without scrolling over or down very annoying. Can
anyone help me.

Hi JoAnn,

Try booting to Safe Mode using the Safe Boot Option: Enable VGA Mode. This will
start Windows in 640 X 480 mode using the current video driver and is useful for
cases such as these (display configured at a setting the monitor cannot display.)
Then try to change the display font size.

If Windows still bluescreens try the same thing except boot using Safe Mode. This
will start Windows using the default Microsoft VGA driver (vga.sys).

For more information on how "To start Windows 2000 in safe mode" search Windows 2000
Help for the words in double-quotes.

And if neither of those suggestions work Search Windows 2000 Help for the topic
titled "To specify what Windows 2000 does if the system stops unexpectedly". Use the
information to configure your computer so that it does not automatically reboot when
it bluescreens. Then, next time it bluescreens record the information so that you
can research it (or post specific details, if your research fails).
