Display email address

I just got a new computer and am trying to set up my Windows Mail. On
Outlook express, I was able to set it up so that only a display name
appeared in the To and From. On Windows Mail, it is showing their name and
their email address. How do I set up Windows Mail so that only the name
displays and not the email address?
 
Both the name and email address will be visible while in the
compose screen. What gets displayed after you send an email
is up to the receiving email program.

You can upgrade to Windows Live Mail, which displays only the
recipient's name while composing the email.
