I'm using Outlook 2003 (11.8010.8036) SP2 in conjunction with an Exchange
server.
When I open an email message from another user on my organization's
Exchange server, this is what the From field looks like:
From: George W. Bush
However, I want to view a sender's email address in the From field. I
want the email address to appear WITH the sender's display name (in, say,
angled brackets or parentheses).
From: George W. Bush <[email protected]>
The email address REPLACING the display name entirely would be okay, too.
From: (e-mail address removed)
I do not want to click in and out of multiple windows to cut the actual
email address for pasting into Excel. Likewise, I don't need to view
every header. I also don't want to manually edit the display names for
the 1000+ users on our Exchange server who may or may not ever send me an
email.
I just want to see an actual email address next to a display name when I'm
reading an email in a message window.
Is this possible in Outlook 2003?
Thanks,
Mark
