display current week on top line of monthly calendar

How do I have my Outlook monthly calendar open with the current week on the
top line. In other words - I want the calendar to open so I see this week
and the next 4 - not any weeks that have passed.

Not possible using the 31 day view. The entire month will display with
today highlighted.

Outlook can't be configured to do that, as far as I know.
