Display attachements in main body of email when printing

When printing to keep a a hard copy of an email I have sent I would like the
printed copy to display the attachments I sent with the emial, could someone
please advise how I do this. Thank you

HI Pilbara Liz,

dont use HTML Format to print out your attachments!
 
Do not use HTML as your message format. Go to Tools -> Options - Mail Format
and change it to rich text. Your icons will now appear in the message.
